As Filipino workers commemorate Ferdinand Marcos’ declaration of Martial Law 48 years ago, Global Unions add their voices in opposing the draconian Anti-Terror Law and condemning the massive human rights abuses under the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte.  


In one voice they say: Never again to Martial Law and dictatorship in the Philippines.
