At the BWI European Regional Conference, held in Adana, Turkey, delegates including a strong contingent of young representatives from Sweden, UK, Italy, Macedonia, Georgia and Serbia endorsed the establishment of a regional youth committee in Europe.
Vasyl Andreyev (Profbud-Ukraine), Tentative President of BWI International Youth Committee, said the success achieved in Adana was the result of the group's efforts. He said, “Our year-long Youth Recognition Campaign is the result of strong participation and activism from youth leaders across the region. This victory is a collective victory that we all share.
