On International Workers' Memorial Day the 28th of April, the Indian National Cement Workers' Federation union held a series of actions at various LafargeHolcim plants across the country to protest against the many workplace deaths at Lafarge Holcim. These actions included "Occupational Health and Safety” workshops and awareness outreach through the distribution of flyers to workers one health and safety.
